CrossLang supports Language Service Providers (LSPs) who want to use ]project-open[ as their core Translation Project Management technology by providing a number of (optional) professional services:

  • Hosting services
    Allowing LSPs to access the application via the World Wide Web. CrossLang works together with a secure data center that leases a server on which the software is installed, and the database backed up.
  • Implementation services
    Including installation, configuration and migration, according to the LSP’s requirements.
  • Technical support & maintenance
    Our helpdesk can be reached by e-mail and/or telephone, or via our online support system.
  • Customisation
    Custom development of specific features, integration with third-party systems, and advanced configuration (such as the creation of additional reports and templates) are available on request.
  • Documentation, user training and user guidance
  • Consultancy and advisory services
